Good to know

  • Straight from the bike computer (Edge via USB) works too: rides sit there as .fit files in the “Activity” folder.
  • Garmin changes the web interface from time to time. If you cannot find the option, save the activity as a course and export the course.
  • Too long or a detour in it? Trim start and end or delete outliers in the route editor.

Garmin Connect is a trademark of its owner. rampida is independent. Menu labels at Garmin Connect may change.

FAQ

Does this work with Wahoo or Hammerhead?

Yes. Export the ride as a FIT or GPX file from the manufacturer’s app or via Strava and load it into rampida.

Does rampida read FIT files?

Yes: .gpx, .fit and .fit.gz. Unpack ZIP files first.

Do I need a smart trainer?

To ride, yes – any trainer with Bluetooth FTMS or a basic trainer with a power meter. Viewing and editing works without one.
